As a penetrant in the textile industry, it can be used for sizing, desizing, cooking, bleaching, carbonization and other processes. It is used as a penetrant in the leather industry and also as a degreasing agent. Penetrating agent JFC has strong scouring ability, easy to wash off various oil stains and soft to the touch.

Production method:
Put 480 parts of fatty alcohol of C7~C9 into the enamel kettle with stirring, put 4 parts of solid alkali into the dissolution tank and put it into the reaction kettle. Stir to gradually warm up and dehydrate under vacuum. When the temperature rises to about 120°C and no water droplets can be seen from the surface of the sight glass, stop dehydration. Continue to raise the temperature of Chemicalbook to 150°C, use vacuum to remove the air in the kettle, and fill with nitrogen to remove the air. Then, ethylene oxide was added under stirring, the reaction pressure was about 0.2 MPa, and the reaction temperature was 160-180° C. After a period of reaction, sampling was performed to measure the cloud point. The reaction was terminated after the cloud point was qualified. Cool and discharge.
