This emulsifier is easily soluble in water and has excellent emulsification and dispersing properties. It is particularly suitable for the production of various O/W amino silicone oil (ammonia value 0.1~0.6) microemulsions. It has the advantages of easy operation, strong emulsification power, and good emulsification and dispersion stability. It is an amino silicone oil emulsifier with excellent performance in the current market.

Uses

Application
1. This emulsifier is easily soluble in water and has excellent emulsification and dispersion properties. It is particularly suitable for the production of various O/W type amino silicone oil (ammonia value 0.1~0.6) microemulsions. It has the advantages of easy operation, strong emulsification power, and good emulsification and dispersion stability. It is an amino silicone oil emulsifier with excellent performance in the current market.
2. AMM is suitable for low and medium viscosity silicone oil (viscosity ≤6000cp), and AMH is suitable for high viscosity silicone oil (viscosity ≤50000cp).

Add emulsifier and amino silicone oil to the emulsifier according to the required solid content, 10 parts of emulsifier, 20 parts of amino silicone oil, stir and mix evenly, add 0.15 parts of acetic acid and 5 parts of water, stir for 20-30 minutes, then slowly add 20 parts of water, stir for 30 minutes, then add 20 parts of water to dilute, stir for 10-20 minutes, until a uniform emulsion is formed, add 0.15 parts of acetic acid, adjust the pH between 5.5 and 6.0, add 25 parts of water to dilute, stir for 10-20 minutes, until a uniform emulsion is formed, take a sample, check the appearance of a transparent liquid, filter and package.
