Cyanacetic acid is a white crystalline powder and has some toxicity.

Contact with the skin and eyes can cause pain and irritation, and contact and inhalation should be avoided when using.

This product is flammable. It can burn when exposed to open flames, and when it is decomposed by moisture or high heat, it will release highly toxic acecyanide vapor gas, which is corrosive.
