Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, levelling agent O also known as flat plus O, is a non-ionic surfactant, the appearance of milky white or beige paste, high molecular weight, solid (can be made into flake solid according to the requirements), easily soluble in water, ethanol, ethylene glycol, turbidity point, PH value of 1% water solution is neutral.
Resistant to acid, alkali, hard water, heat and heavy metal salt. It has strong evenness, slow dyeing, permeability and diffusivity for all kinds of dyes. It can be used in the same solution with all kinds of surfactants and dyes.

Product use
Levelling agent O is widely used in various processes of textile printing and dyeing industry.
Leveller O is used as a diffuser to prevent the decomposition of certain naftol dyes from accumulating on the fabric and contaminating the color. It can be used as a levelling agent for direct dyeing cotton, and good levelling and permeability can be obtained by adding about 0.2-0.5g /L in the solution.
It is used as levelling agent for cotton dyeing with return dye. The general dosage is 0.02 -- 0.1 g/L. Levelling agent O can aggregate with dye molecules, thus reducing the dyeing speed of dyes and gradually transferring dyes to fibers, so as to achieve the purpose of levelling.
Used as levelling agent for dyeing wool products with acid complexing dyes. When dyeing the fabric with acid complexing dye (Beltin dye), adding levelling agent O 1-3%, the amount of sulfuric acid can be reduced from 4.7-9.2% to 4.3-5.8%, and the PH value (dyeing bath) can be increased from 1.9-2.1 to 2.2-2.4, which can ensure that the strength of the fabric is not damaged, and make the feel soft and have the levelling effect. As a dispersive dye dyeing elastic nylon yarn levelling agent, the general dosage is 1-4%.
